Hello!
Here is what we did today.
Gym: Please see Mr. H's blog for more information. Thank you for bringing the children in their gym uniforms today! It was very smooth! We need to practice getting changed quickly though!
Library: We spent some time reading in the library and they LOVED it! I was extremely pleased with how quietly they read!
Language/UOI: Next we wrote a letter to our future selfs! They had to answer four questions: This year I hope to learn_______, My goals are_____, I want to______, I am excited about______. These are going to go up in the hallway!

Lunch/Recess
UOI: Today we talked about the learner profiles. We quickly went over five of them as a class. Next the children were put into groups and they drew pictures and included words for what that learner profile meant to them.
House game
After the house game we came back and finished our IB learner profile pictures.
Lunch/Recess
Math: Today we did a pre-assessment for our patterns in addition and subtraction unit. This mark will only be used for graphing and not the final mark for this unit. When students were finished they completed a summer word search.
Agendas
Daily Five: Today we started daily five with read to someone, read to self and listen to reading. We also had some people finishing their language work.
