Here is what we did today.
Mother's day: We completed a secret mothers day craft to bring home on Friday!
Math: Today we talked about 3D shapes. We went over the names of them and the differences between a prism and a pyramid. Next we went over what a face, vertex and an edge is.

Lunch/Recess
Math: We continued to work on 3D shapes. I provided them with a package in which they had to fill in the chart on the number of vertex, edges and faces each shape had. They also had to match the net of a 3D shape to the 3D shape. Next they had to name them. Some have some corrections to make to their package.
UOI: Today we did some planting!!! We are planting flowers in our class! Stay tuned for the updates on how our flowers grow!
Shakespeare play: The MYPs have been working hard on their play and we finally had the opportunity to watch it! Come tonight at 7:00 to watch!
