Here is what we did today.
Spelling Bee: Everyone worked so hard and I am so proud of them! For the grade 3's Emana came in first, Eva came in second and Vanshi came in third. Ronit also came in first for the grade 4's! Great work everyone!

Lunch/Recess
Math: We talked about seeing 3D shapes in our everyday life. We did some questions together from the textbook.
Arts night: We have started practicing for arts night! It is really coming along well!
Novel Study: We started reading The Secret Garden! It is a condensed version so it is not as long as the regular book. They really enjoyed it so far as Mary has just learned about the secret garden in the backyard! They have been left in suspense!
Lunch/Recess
Track and Field: Everyone did so well! Here are some pictures from the award ceremony! Congratulations! Make sure to bring in your permission slip if you are going to The Maples!
