Here is what we did today.
Math: Today we did a review of everything we have done so far in this unit. We talked a bit about some things I have noticed them doing incorrectly and then they worked on a package.They are doing very well. Whatever they did not finish was homework. Here are some anchor charts of our unit so far.
Reading Buddies: We did our reading buddies with Ms. Bancud's class!
Language: Today we did a quick review of contractions and cleared up some confusions. Some people were confused about she would and the contraction she'd, as they were mixing it up with she'll. After this we did an exercise about summarizing a story called 'somebody, wanted, but, so then'. It is a method to help us determine what information needs to go into the summary. It is a basic organizer in which we can add more information afterwards but this helps us stay on track with some information that is unneccessary. We read a book and completed the organizer together.

UOI: Today we started working on our summatives! We are so excited to start as we have some very creative ideas! Some of your children have chose to do a digital ad. They were suppose to talk to their parents to get their permission as it is a bit more work.
