Thursday april 19th 2018

Here is what we did on Thursday.

Math: Today we worked on creating and identifying shapes that have the same perimeter. We did some examples on the board together. Then in table groups, we used blocks to create shapes that looked different but have the same perimeter. At the end of the lesson each student was told to create a minimum of 2 different shapes that have the same perimeter on grid paper. They glued these into their math notebooks.

Music: Please see Mr. Oliver's blog for more information
Language: We continued to work on our letters. They also checked over their work against a list of expectations for their letter
