Here is what we did on Friday.
Math: Today we spoke about multiplying by 1's, 0's and 10's. We found out that multiplying by 1's the answer is itself and multiplying by 0's the answer is always 0. Multiplying by 10 the number in the ones column moves to the tens column. We did some work together and then did some textbook work.
Spelling: We completed our tests and they will be handed back on Monday
Language: Today we continued to read the Little House in the Big Woods. We read a chapter called The Two Big Bears. Next we completed a quiz on chapter 5 and 6 to test their knowledge on the chapter. Next we spoke about the task for these chapters. They are to write a reflection paragraph about the chapter based on a question on the sheet. This is due on Monday.
