Here is what we did today.
Track and Field Medal ceremony: Fantastic job to every grade 3 who participated!
Math: Today we learned about outcome and probability. We learned that outcome means the choices that could happen and probability is the fraction to describe how likely it is. I gave each table a bowl of 10 blocks and they described the outcomes, probability, if there was any that were equally likely, least likely and most likely. We did a ton of examples on the board and in groups. We did some textbook questions for practice.

UOI: Today we started working on our summatives! They are going to be making up their own plant using the information we have learned so far!They are doing the written portion today and tomorrow and a 3D model or picture on Friday. They can start bringing their materials tomorrow.
