Here is what we did on Friday.
Spelling: We completed the test and the marks have been handed back.
Daily Five: Today we continued playing the board games on sequencing, inferencing and antonyms and synonyms
Language: Today we worked on reviewing our work. We went through our work individually checking for spelling/punctuation as well as feelings, friendly opening, routines, rules with reasons and a closing. Next we did the same checklist but a partner looked through it with us. We noticed that we made a lot of mistakes that we didn't see! I hope it helps to practice checking over our work better.

Lunch/Recess
Math: Today we talked about fractions. We reviewed what the numerator and the denominator is. We talked about the denominator being the total and the numerator is the part of the whole we are speaking about. We did some work on the board and then did some questions from the book.
UOI: We presented our information on community we were learning about.
Lunch/Recess
UOI: We completed a reflection page about our forces and motion unit.
Clean up: Next we handed out some papers and put them in our apple binders.
