Monday January 29th 2018

Hello,

Here is what we did today.

Math: Today we talked about temperature. They remembered a lot from last year's science fair experiment. First we talked about how we measure temperature in celsius in Canada and in Fahrenheit in the States using a thermometer. Next we looked at some examples of thermometers and they read them together. Next we went around the room and read different thermometers in a scavenger hunt and then took them up. They did very well!

We had some extra time so we played Albert's Insomnia!

Spelling: Spelling is due on Thursday and the test is on Friday.
Daily language review
Language: Today we finished off our speeches! We self-and peer edited them and then moved onto our good copies!

Lunch/Recess

Gym: Please see Mr. B's blog for more information.
UOI: We continued to work on our final copies
